COURT APPEARANCE FOR MAN IN CONNECTION WITH DEATH OF CLAREGALWAY JOCKEY

A 37 year old man will appear before Scarborough magistrate court this morning in connection with the deaths of two young jockeys.

Peter William Brown, from Malton is charged with the murders of ClareGalway jockey Jamie Kyne and 19 year old scottish apprentice Jan Wilson in a flat fire in Yorkshire last September.

The man was arrested by detectives with North Yorkshire Police wednesday night.

He was charged with two counts of murder and will appear before the courts this morning.

Jamie Kyne came from Kiltrogue Stud Farm in Claregalway and his death shocked the local community and the racing world.
