County Councillor hits out at new Irish Water forms

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A Galway County Councillor has hit out at new forms to be sent to householders by Irish Water later this year.
Connemara Councillor Tom Healy says that the four page forms will request comphrehensive personal details including bank details and PPS numbers.
He says that Irish Water are escalating existing fears and worries over water charges.
In a statement to Galway Bay FM, Irish Water says that submission of the information is voluntary and is designed to ensure that customers eligible for allowances receive what they are entitled to.
