Councillors in dark over Eyre Square case

CITY Councillors remained in the dark last night after their efforts to extract information from the City Manager on the legal battle which is ongoing over the botched development works at Eyre Square proved fruitless.
Mayor Padraig Conneely, who has long been a voice of discontent on the issue raised the matter once again at last night’s meeting of Galway City Council when he asked the City Manager for a detailed update on where the matter was at now.
