COUNCILLOR MICHAEL FAHY’S RETRIAL SET FOR DECEMBER 2ND

The retrial of Galway County Councillor Michael ‘Stroke’ Fahy, who faces fraud and attempted theft charges has been set for early December and is expected to last two weeks.

It was confirmed at Galway Circuit Criminal Court today that the trial has been set down for hearing on December 2 and is expected to go into a second week.
