COUNCIL LOOKS TO MAKE CITY ROAD SAFE

Funding could be made available to make a dangerous city road safe.

That’s according to Fergal McGrath of the Maunsells Road Residents Association ahead of their AGM tonight.

Residents are up in arms following the most recent accident at the junction of Maunsells Road and Taylor’s Hill.

Last month, a father became trapped under a bus after he was knocked from his bike with his son.

Fergal McGrath of the Residents Association says he’s optimistic funding will now be made available.
