COUNCIL DECIDES TO REDUCE CITY WATER PRESSURE

All water users across the city will experience some disruption to supplies later tonight.

It follows a decision by the city council to reduce water pressure between the hours of 9pm and 7am.

It’s hoped a reduction in the pressure across the entire network will allow depleted reservoirs to fill.

A decision on whether or not to roll out water tankers in the city will be made in the morning.
