COUNCIL CONSIDERS PLANS TO REVAMP BARNA’S SPORTS FACILITIES

The County Council is considering two planning applications by Barna GAA to revamp its sporting facilities.

It follows the sale of land at Clochscoilte by Barna Co-op to the GAA club for the development.

The first application is for permission to build an all-weather playing facility with three ball playing pens and two tennis courts.

In the second application, the club hopes to get the green light for a two storey sports complex.
