Council allows more time to build Creggs development

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The County Council is allowing more time for a housing estate in Creggs to be built.
Colm Touhy has been granted an extension on planning permission for the 27 house development which comprises a mixture of house types.
Planners in the County Council have stipulated that before work begins, the developer must lodge a bond to the value of 189 thousand euro to the Council.
The planning permission on the Creggs development has now been extended until June 2019.
