Controversial poet recalled at Connemara event

Galway Bay Fm news – The influence of the countryside on one of the foremost and most controversial poets of the modern era has been the theme at a weekend event in Cashel in Connemara.
The Ted Hughes event was attended by some leading figures in the academic world as well as by local people.
Many poets and writers travelled from abroad, and from different parts of Ireland, to be in Cashel for the Ted Hughes event this weekend.
