CONNEMARA MAN SENTENCED FOLLOWING HIGH SPEED CHASE

A 21-year-old Connemara man, involved in a high-speed chase while under the influence of drugs and alcohol, has been sentenced to twelve months in prison and disqualified from driving for six years.

Thomas Welby, from Lower Camus, Rosmuc, appeared before Galway District Court.
