A move to change the structure of Galway City Partnership is being slammed by Galway Council of Trade Unions

Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Eamon O Cuív has sanctioned changes which have yet to be finalised with POBAL for Urban City Partnerships across the country

Under the new proposed articles of association, Directors of Boards will not be allowed to sit on subgroups

The changes will mean that the representation of social partners in Galway City Partnership will be reduced from 4 to 2
