Conamara Comes To Town this Saturday, September 27, when some of the area’s finest musicians will perform at a special fundraising concert in the City’s St Nicholas’ Collegiate Church.

Liz Kane, Yvonne Kane, the Devane Brothers, the Hernon family, Johnny Connolly, Michael Ó Cuaig, Mary Bergin, Gerry Whelan and Luke Murray will be joined by non-Connemara guests, Máirtín O’Connor, Conor Keane, Noel O’Grady, Peter Molloy, Deirdre Herbert, Geraldine McNamara and a few other surprise acts.

The concert is a fundraiser for the upcoming Conamara Sea Week Festival 2014 which takes place in Letterfrack from October 17- 27.  This festival is run by the award-winning Conamara Environmental Education and Cultural Centre, which celebrates its 30th birthday this year.
