COMPLAINTS LINE TO BE SET UP FOR GALWAY TAXI CUSTOMERS

Disgruntled taxi passengers will be able to make a complaint directly to the Galway Taxi Association in the coming weeks.

At a recent meeting, the GTA decided to set up a customer hotline which it hopes to have in operation in a fortnight.

Once it’s open, the GTA will investigate complaints and take cases to the regulator on behalf of dissatisfied customers.
