COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY TO EXPAND IN GALWAY

Communications firm Cisco, which has a base in Oranmore, is planning to expand its operations in Galway.

The Irish Times reports that the investment is part of the company’s growing committment to Ireland.

Cisco opened in Oranmore five years ago where it employs 180 people and a further 100 in Dublin.

The research and development expansion is to get underway in Galway next month due to the supply of trained graduates here.
