Comer brothers buy Dublin-based hotel and country club

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The Comer brothers from Glenamaddy have bought the partially built Kilternan Hotel & Country Club in Dublin.
According to today’s Irish Independent, the hotel – which is on a 300 acre site at the foothills of the Dublin mountains – was bought for less than 10 million euro.
The project had initially been valued at 171 million euro.
The discount is understood to be the most for a large investment since the property crisis began.
