COAST GUARD JOINS CITY SEARCH FOR MISSING MAN

A search is to get underway around now [10am] after a man was seen entering the water in the city overnight.

Two units of the fire brigade responded to a call at about 2.45 this morning when a man was seen entering the water at O’Brien’s bridge.

Garda crews and the Coast Guard are to resume the search around now.
