CLIFDEN PARENTS RENEW CAMPAIGN FOR NEW SCHOOL

A group of parents in Clifden are stepping up a 15-year campaign for a new community school.

There are currently 450 students crammed into the existing school building, despite it having a capacity for only 250.

Local politicians will meet with the group in the Station House Hotel in Clifden on Thursday to raise awareness about the situation.
