Clifden hotel among lots to be auctioned in Dublin

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A 27 bed hotel in Clifden with a reserve price not to exceed 450 thousand euro is among those to be auctioned in Dublin next month.

The Allsop space catalogue contains details of six Galway lots that will be included in the December property sale.

The allsop space auction catalogue contains 150 lots with a combined reserve of 20 million euro.

Among the lots to be sold in the Galway region include the Rock Glen, a 27 bed hotel in Clifden with a 3 bed house attached with a reserve price of 395 to 450 thousand euro.

It’s being sold on the instructions of Grant Thornton.

The shop trading as Charcoal grill on Mary street in the city is being sold as a long leasehold take away investment with a 280 to 300 thousand euro reserve.

Meanwhile, a 9 bed detached house that needs completion in Cashel, Connemara has a reserve not to exceed 150 thousand euro, and a freehold 4 bed detached house has a reserve of 125 thousand euro.

The Allsop property auction takes place in Dublin on December 10th.
