CLAREGALWAY RESIDENTS DISSAPOINTED WITH SCALE OF FLOOD STUDIES

ClareGalway locals are dissapointed with the limited scale of the flooding study carried out so far in their area, according to a council official.

Speaking at this weeks county council meeting, Councillor Jim Cuddy referred to a consultants report which centred on the bridge in ClareGalway.

He claimed there were also complaints by local residents that environmental studies did not cover enough aspects of the flooding problem.
