CIVIL CASE AGAINST CITY SEX CINEMA RESOLVED

A civil case taken against the operators of a city sex cinema has been resolved.

R Byrne Concrete Limited had taken the action against Anipax Limited who operate the Jade Winters outlet on the Tuam Road.

At Loughrea Civil Circuit Court ,the judge was told that the matter has now been resolved and an order by consent was handed in in court.
