CITYLINK GIVEN MORE TIME TO PREPARE CASE

A bus company accused of running an "illegal" bus service has been given more time to prepare its case.

Last October, CityLink was ordered to stop running an unlicensed non-stop service between Dublin and Galway.

At Galway District Court this morning, CityLink requested an adjournment to allow more time to prepare documents.

At the consent of the DPP, the case will now be heard at Galway District Court on Monday March 8th.
