CITY STILL WAITING FOR AGREED FUNDING FROM WESTLIFE PROMOTERS

City Council are still waiting for 55,000 euro concert donation owed to them by westlife concert promoters.

The 55,000 euro donation to local projects was to be shared between Absolut promotions and Pearse Stadium.

The money was promised to the city after the city council granted planning permission for the westlife concert in Pearse Stadium on June 21st.
