City secures €1.2m for flood repairs
Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway city has secured over 1.2 million euro in funding for flood repairs.
The Department of the Environment has sanctioned the funding following periods of severe storm damage since the beginning of the year.
The largest portion of funding will go towards repairing tourism infrastructure.
