CITY SCHOOL FORCED TO BUILD TEMPORARY EXTENSION

A temporary primary school in the city is to get additional space to cater for growing numbers of pupils.

Planning permission has been granted for 2 pre-fab classrooms, a courtyard and a bicycle shelter at Merlin Woods Primary School in Doughiska.

The extension will house an autism classroom, learning support rooms and a principal’s office.
