CITY MEN REMANDED IN CUSTODY OVER BARE KNUCKLE FIGHT

Two city men have been remanded in custody to appear before Galway District Court next week over a bare-knuckle fight in the city centre this week.

29 year-old Martin Hynes of 59 Ballinfoyle Park, Headford Road, and 24 year-old Christopher Butler of 47 New Road, Galway appeared before Limerick District court last evening.

They were charged with affray and public order offences in the city centre on Wednesday

They’ve been remanded in custody to appear before Galway District Court at 10.30am on Monday
