CITY MAN TO BE SENTENCED IN FREEZER BODY TRIAL

A Galway man will be sentenced today for the manslaughter of a Dublin man whose body was hidden in the freezer of city fish shop for five years.

45-year-old Edward Griffin of Cappagh Road admits killing 52-year-old Patrick McCormack in a row over money at the fish shop where he worked on Henry Street in the city in the summer of 2002.
