CITY HURLING CLUB GETS GO AHEAD FOR EXPANSION

Well known city hurling club, Liam Mellows, has just got the go-ahead to expand.

They’ve been granted planning permission to build a new juvenile training pitch and multi-purpose training area at the club grounds at Ballyloughane in Renmore.

Local Councillor Michael Crowe says it’s a huge boost for the popular hurling club.
