City Hall opens Book of Condolence for Manchester victims
A Book of Condolence opened at City Hall this morning in remembrance of the victims of the Manchester Arena attack.
Salman Abedi killed 22 people and injured 59 when he detonated an improvised device at an Ariana Grande Concert in the city.
The book of condolence was opened at City Hall by Deputy Mayor councillor Pearce Flannery at 11am.
Members of the public are invited to sign it until close of business on Friday in a show of support for the victims’ families and loved ones.
Meanwhile, authorities in Britain now believe it’s unlikely the suicide bomber behind Monday’s bomb attack acted alone.
