CITY FORUM SEEKS MEETING WITH TRANSPORT MINISTER

Galway City Forum wants to meet the Minister for Transport, Noel Dempsey, in an attempt to help solve the city’s gridlock.

The forum wants to secure state funding to build sustainable transport infrastructure.

The Government recently announced an action plan entitled, ‘Smarter Travel – A Sustainable Transport Future’.
