CITY COUNCIL TO PURSUE SEX CINEMA LANDLORD

Galway City council has decided to pursue the owner of a building in which an illegal sex cinema is operating without planning permission.

The move comes as the identity of the tenant of the Jade Winters premises in the Liosban Industrial Estate remains a mystery.

Efforts by the City council’s legal team and solicitors representing the owners of the building have failed to find out who the leasee is.

The city council is now pursuing the owner in a bid to have the sex cinema shut down.
