CITY COUNCIL REPLACES REFUSE FLEET

Galway City Council has concluded a process to replace its fleet of refuse vehicles.

The full compliment of six refuse trucks and one litter management truck is now back in operation following the completion of a renegotiation process on Friday (Dec 14).

The one year contract has been awarded to Dublin firm Walker Vehicle Rental.
