CITY COUNCIL AIMS TO TACKLE ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

The City Council hopes to have a new set of regulations on anti-social behaviour adopted before the end of the year.

It follows a provision in last year’s Housing Act which obliges local authorities to adopt a strategy in respect of all council owned houses.

This includes houses subject to tenant purchase – and houses in the Rental Accommodation Scheme.
