City conference to focus on strengthening public health policy
Galway bay fm newsroom – Stengthening public health policy will be a key focus of a major international conference in the city later this month.
The international health conference will feature delegates from 24 countries around the world and is the first such event to be hosted in Ireland.
It will zone in on the contribution that public health nursing can make and will feature speeches on policy, practice and education.
The three day event at NUI Galway from August 25th will be officially opened by Minister of state with responsibility for primary care Alex White.
