CITY CONFERENCE FOR PUBLIC ON PALLIATIVE CARE

50 international experts in palliative care will give the public information on the service at a major conference this weekend.

The two-day conference begins tomorrow [fri] at the Radisson Blu Hotel.

The first day of the conference, aimed at healthcare professionals, will focus on the exploration of cancer pain versus chronic, non-malignant pain.

Then on Saturday from 9am, the public is encouraged to attend an information session about palliative care.

Experts from around the world will answer questions from the public.
