CITY CHRISTMAS PARK N RIDE TO BEGIN NEXT WEEK

The annual Christmas Park n’ Ride for the city gets underway next week [3/12]

The service operated by Galway City Council and Bus éireann takes thousands of cars out of the city during the busy pre-Christmas period

Buses will transport people who park their cars at the carpark at Ballybrit Racecourse into the city, where they will be dropped off outside Habitat at Forster Street.

Park n’ Ride begins next Monday [3/12] and the first bus will leave Ballybrit at 7.30am daily and they will run every fifteen minutes up until the last bus at 9.30pm.

The price per car is 4 euro return, and pedestrian passengers can pay two euro each way .
