O’Donnellan & Joyce are holding one of the country’s biggest ever property auctions today, Friday (October 3), when a total of 65 lots – around 90 properties – go under the hammer.

The auction takes place in the Harbour Hotel and agent Colm O’Donnellan believes it will be packed to capacity.

“We have been overwhelmed with enquires locally, across the country and from abroad,” he told Tribune Property.

The all-day auction is divided into a morning session and an afternoon session. The morning will mainly comprise investment properties, with the afternoon comprising family homes.

“We have such incredible value on offer with very attractive reserve prices. It is a great opportunity to buy a property at very realistic prices,” said Mr O’Donnellan.

Registration for the morning session (35 lots) begins at 9.30am, with the auction starting at 10.30am, while registration for the afternoon (30 lots) begins at 1.30pm, with the auction kicking off at 3pm.
