CHIEF JUSTICE ATTENDS GALWAY UNIFIED COURT OFFICE PROJECT

The court service unified office project has officially been rolled out in Galway this afternoon.

Cheif Justice Susan Denham visited the city where she formally established the Combined Galway Court Office.

It’s one of five key initiatives identifed in the Courts Service Action Plan to meet the terms of the Croke Park Agreement.

The unifed multi-jurisdictional structure combines the District and Circuit Court Offices where 18 staff are currently employed and 6 positions remain vacant.
