Tirana, Ballinasloe: the auctioneers are looking for offers over €295,000.

The Connacht Property Auction, which runs online auctions in partnership with 300 auctioneers across Ireland, have seen some significant changes in their business over the past few weeks.

The company has evolved with the changing circumstances under Level 5 restrictions – potential buyers who have previously viewed properties can lodge bids at any stage in the 30-45 day marketing period ahead of each auction.

“By giving this flexibility, they are finding interested partied are placing binding bids early in order to secure the property quickly and the approach is proving very successful,” Sales Manager Shane May said.

“We have always offered a flexible method of sale and we are currently seeing the importance of this service in the challenging environment we are currently faced with,” he said.

The Connacht Property Auction works with a large number of auctioneers across the province and is the only auction company in Ireland which does not charge any upfront costs to enter a property into their auctions.

“We continue to deliver impressive results for our clients and remain confident that the auction route will continue to grow in popularity as we move into a changing world in terms of how we buy and sell property.”
