Pat McCann is CEO of Dalata which operates 36 hotels in Ireland including The Clayton and Maldron hotels here in Galway.

However the recent acquisition of the Moran Bewleys hotels for a reported €455m, the Dalata Group also recognises the need for sales growth to make this investment pay.
