Catalogue for next week’s sale features more than 20 properties across Connacht
The next Connacht Property Auction event will take place next Thursday, February 20 in the Menlo Park Hotel, Galway.
The auction will offer properties from across the province including residential homes, commercial properties, investment assets and agricultural holdings.
Director Patrick Folan said: “After a busy end to 2019 and an even busier start to 2020, we are expecting strong interest in the majority of the properties on offer.
“Our auction will offer over 20 assets from across Connacht and we have some fantastic properties on offer. Furthermore, with clarity around Brexit now, buyers have been back in force in 2020 and we are expecting strong interest in the majority of the lots.”
The IAM Sold group, which sells properties all over Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK has been confirmed as the largest auction provider in Ireland and the UK, with over 3,000 sales last year.
Among the properties for sale next week include:
