CANCER CAUSING GAS FOUND IN ONE IN FIVE GALWAY HOMES

One in five homes in Galway has high levels of cancer causing gas according to the Radiological protection Institute.

Over four thousand five hundred homes across Galway were measured for radon gas, and accepted levels of the gas were exceeded in over 20 percent of homes.
