CALL TO CONTROL WANDERING HORSES IN CITY ESTATE

Every effort should be made to tackle an ongoing problem which sees horses roaming around an estate in the city.

That’s the view of City Councillor Terry O’Flaherty.

It follows reports of unsupervised horses wandering around Sliabh Rua in Ballybane at the weekend.

Failure to obtain a special license to keep horses in such estates is a breach of tenancy agreements.
