CALL ON TAXI REGULATOR TO VISIT GALWAY DURING RACE WEEK

Unlicensed taxis must be stopped from operating in the city, especially during the busy week of the Galway races.

That’s the opinion of Galway West TD Noel Grealish, who is calling on the taxi regulator to ensure enforcement officers are present in the city next week.

Deputy Grealish is advising passengers to ensure they are travelling in a licensed taxi before they set off on their journey.
