CALL FOR INVESTIGATION INTO CITY COUNCIL’S HANDLING OF VEC SITE

A Galway city councillor is calling for an investigation into the city council’s handling of a site for a proposed VEC primary and secondary school in Doughiska.

Cllr Collette Connolly is claiming the city council granted planning permission to the VEC on a site currently occupied by a housing estate car park.

Cllr Connolly is calling for a full report into the handling of the Doughiska site by the city council.
