CALL FOR FULL TIME CITY MANAGER

There are calls for the appointment of a full time city manager.

Councillor Padraig Conneely has tabled the motion for today’s meeting of the city council.(11/7)

Joe O’ Neill was appointed to the role of interim city manager following the resignation of Joe McGrath over 12 months ago.

The appointment of the manager position is carried out by the Department of Environment and the Public Appointments Commission.
