CALL FOR BETTER MONITORING OF BALLINASLOE QUARRIES

A Ballinasloe Town Councillor has called for better monitoring at two stone quarries in the town.

Councillor Carmel Greally told this week’s meeting of the Town Council that she’s concerned that the conditions under which the quarries operate are not being properly monitored.
