BOOK OF EVIDENCE READY IN RAHOON STABBING

A city man accused of stabbing another man in Rahoon last September is have a book of evidence served against him in Galway this Wednesday [jan 21]

36 year old Billy McGinley of 188 Claremont Park, Rahoon, is charged with assaulting Darren Johnston causing him harm at the same address on September 3rd last year.

The accused has secured High Court bail but hasn’t been in a position to take up bail since his arrest on the 4th of September last year.
