BOOK OF EVIDENCE READY FOR CONNEMARA MURDER

Galway Gardai investigating the death of a Czech woman in Connemara last year are ready to serve a book of evidence against the man accused of her murder.

22 year-old Jacob Fidler of Cartur Leathan, Na Minne, Indreabhán but originally from the Czech Republic, is charged with the murder of 19 year-old Nicola Vonkova at a house in Cartur Leathan on July 21st 2008.

Jacob Fidler appeared before Judge Elizabeth McGrath at Harristown district court today.

Gardai indicated they now have the book of evidence fully prepared and ready to serve to Fidler in relation to the murder of his fellow-country woman Nicola Vonkova
