BOOK OF EVIDENCE BEING PREPARED IN CITY FALSE IMPRISONMENT CASE

A book of evidence is being prepared for the case in which a Moycullen man is charged with falsely imprisoning a woman in the city in April.

31 year old Russell Murray of Clydagh, Moycullen appeared before Harristown District Court this week.

He’s charged with falsely imprisoning a woman at Forster Street in the city on April 8th.

Judge Timothy Lucey remanded Murray in custody to appear before Harristown District Court again next Friday July 3rd.
