BOIL WATER NOTICE FOR WATER TRANSPORTED TO INIS MÓR

A boil notice is to be introduced on the Aran Island of Inis Mór.

It’s as a result of the recent dry weather which has resulted in a water shortage.

Since last week, water has been shut off on Inis Mór nightly from 8pm to 8am and from 2pm to 6pm.

Water will now be transported to the island, but must be boiled before use.
